Song of the Day: Best Thing I Never Had by Beyoncè
Ciao(:
SO! I haven't posted in a very long time... Scusa(; Lot's has happened! Alright, here we go:
October: Let's see... Nothing for most of the month. I went to my friend's dance's church! Let me just say, Mormon guys are really nice. They'll actually ASK you to dance. It was so much fun. It was Napoleon Dynamite themed. :D
Then two days before Halloween I went to
a Halloween party at my friend's house and it was so much fun! I got to see a couple friends I haven't seen in months, and we play Band Hero and yeah. (:
Then on Halloween I went to my friend's house and helped her hand out candy. We mostly just ate it since her house is so far back, barely anybody trick-or-treat's it. :D
November: Where to start... I slept over at my friend's house so that her mom could do our hair the next day and then we'd go to Homecoming. That's right. Homecoming! :D It was the best thing ever. I was sad because some of my friends couldn't go, but that was kind of afterwards... Because during the rest of it I was running around and dancing and being ob
noxious(in my eyes, at least), but having fun. Then my I complained to my friend (*Cough* BECCA *Cough*) during a slow song that there weren't any guys that weren't already dancing with someone. She pointed out the guy I'd gone out with for a month two years ago, who was kind of standing around. You'd think he was just nervous or something reading this, but
MAN, that's not the case. He and his girlfriend didn't stop touching(whether it was hand holding or slow dancing) the whole night, but she'd just gone to the bathroom. By the way, I actually talked to her today and she's a bit... Ditzy, so to speak. Anyway, Becca pulled me over to him, so I was like, "Hey! You wanna dance?" and he gave me this confused/disgusted look and I felt compelled to explain so I was like, "Because nobody likes me!" and he had this "desperately-searching-for-an-excuse" look and then did the whole "light-bulb-idea" thing and ran off calling his brother's name. Um, ouch? He could've just been like, "Oh, no thanks. I'm waiting for my girlfriend to get back." But NO, he went and tryed to get his brother to dance with me in his place. I'm not speaking to him now. Not that he knows that, of course. We didn't talk be
fore...
Then I went to another dance at my friend's church and met this reallllllly nice guy who had kind of squinty eyes(like Taylor Lautner? He even had the same skin-tone..) and pink hair. :D But when he said his name was Jacob all I could think was, "Of course it is." He was 16 and thought I was 17... :P Haha, but he was really funny and nice and yeah. (:
Thanksgiving... Boring as always. No family over. Didn't go to anyone's house. My brother and my dad wore pajamas. Happy Thanksgiving. -___-
December: Coming soon! I'm going to be in a Christmas parade this weekend with my Girl Scout troop! Whoa! Haha, cool, I k
now. :D I'm supposed to be a Who (from How the Grinch Stole Christmas) and I'll maybe post a picture eventually. Maybe.
That's the end of my social-life update. Not that you care, but I do.
I just read this really amazing book, My Mos
t Excellent Year by Steve Kluger.

It's about T.C., his 'brother' Augie, and the retired ambassador of Mexico's daughter Alejandra and it's written in the form of diary entries, IM's, and emails. It's really hard to explain because the plot's really weird but just read it. Just... Read it. Okay? It'll make you want to learn ASL and watch Mary Poppins(which I have never done..). It's my new favorite book and I want my own copy for Christmas.
PLEASE?
Well, if you've gotten this far, I like you! You care(:
That's all for now!
Arrivederci!
~Lily~
